My customer Sohar Beach Bakery is a very famous wholesale bakeries from Oman, original their standard burger size is 4 inch and 5 inch and the trays are used on AMF Lines, but sometimes his customer required smaller burgers. They are always headache because they find problem to meet their customers need due to the pan unavailable from the market. But now, we helped them to develop a mini burger pan which is for making 2.6 inch mini burger.
