In previous years, we get lots of complaints from our customers, because they do not have any tray can be used for their frozen foods. Every time when the trays taken out from the freezer, the tray will be getting too much wet. The problem for normal aluminum tray is the surface will be easily oxidated and scratches, because the working temperature is very lower.
But today, we developed the SUS304 stainless steel tray for frozen foods, such as frozen doughs. The bakeries no longer worry about the rusty or oxide and scratches issues
