The cake pans or cake molds we designed and made are all qualified for industrial bakeries or wholesale bakeries, chain store bakeries as well. The difference between commercial cake pan and home use cake pan includes the material and the coating. The regular home used cake pans are made of carbon steel which is low quality, because the housewife makes the baking, maybe, only a few times every year. But the commercial cake pans have to be designed for a very long life cycle.
RK designed the cake pan made of aluminum which is food safety and quicker baking, and we will make the surface of the cake pan hard anodized, which is harder than a normal knife, so the baker will never worry about the scratches when make the de-panning.
