Today, the land cost is becoming more and more expensive worldwide, so many bakeries are very headache about the space of their workshop, because they find the space is always not enough for more and more stainless steel racks for their bakery products. 

For this reason, we, RK Bakeware, developed the nesting baking racks for commercial rack ovens and rotating ovens, custom racks in stainless steel and/or aluminum. The rack will be made in Z and X shape for saving more space, with extraordinarily strong design and construction features. According to our reference, the Z Frame Racks will save around 60% space for you.
